It was created to represent and protect the interests of all its members. Thus, every member is entitled to receive support of all other members enrolled in the RAF.

In his turn, everybody who wants to join the RAF has to pay a membership fee in the amount of one hundred dollars.

This amount was determined by the founders and leaders of the organization. The basic principle is that every member of the Federation must receive more that he puts in since this is the only way to maintain the concept of the Federation.

Only faith in the creativity and necessity of the organization can realize its potential capability. Every person considers all pros and cons before making a decision. We don't want you to think that the only reason for creating the RAF is a material consideration. It would distort its concept and diminish immense possibilities.

The enrollment fee returns to you roughly ten times considering the benefits of the membership. This fee gives you a guarantee that all companies and firms of the Federation are ready to offer their discounts and benefits.

The membership opens perspectives of opening new structures within the organization, for example, available for all members and, therefore, affordable medical, legal, financial, advertising, and other services.
