The Federation is a developing mechanism the efficiency of which directly depends on its every member. Russian Americans, especially those who are just at the beginning of their life and career in the US, have to have a support. That's why our need for each other is mutual.

The RAF has been created by Russian speakers and for them.

The RAF provides its members with security and, in turn, hopes that the membership base will increase providing the security to the RAF.
