Like any respectful organization the RAF has a distinct structure giving real opportunities to both horizontal and vertical expansion.

At present time, the Federation consists of the following departments or clubs: Social, Cultural, Sports, and Business.

Independence and compatibility are the main principles of the clubs' coexistence. Working in different directions, these departments have a common goal: their activities must bring substantial positive results to all members of the Federation.

Of course, such a system is not new, but proven to work.

The existing directions allow to organize the work of the Federation. Due to this distinction it's possible to describe the functioning of the Federation as harmonious and well-rounded.
